A customer who has decided to leave will leave in any case. You might as well get value out of it. Matami offers an all-in-one solution to help service companies extract as much value as possible from their contract terminations. How do we do this? By making customers leave with a smile, which increases the chances of them coming back one day, and therefore has a direct impact on sales, as well as corporate image. This also makes it possible to collect qualified data at the time of departure, to better understand the areas for improvement in customer satisfaction, and therefore the vectors for better customer retention. Understand your customer departures better to build loyalty or win them back.
