Wesley Clover International is an investment management and holding company with headquarters in Ottawa, Canada, and active operations around the globe, including the L-SPARK SaaS Accelerator and the Alacrity Ecosystem of technology start-up funds, which it pioneered.

L-SPARK is the first and only technology Accelerator in Canada that is focused on enterprise SAAS and Cloud start-ups. L-SPARK is an initiative of Wesley Clover International.

As part of the Alacrity Global start-up ecosystem, Alacrity Ottawa offers aspiring entrepreneurs the combination of a Master’s degree in engineering design, on-the-job experience, and mentoring services to launch new Canadian technology businesses.

The Wesley Clover Innovation Centre in Wales is an early-stage accelerator with a mission to take graduate technology teams from the Alacrity UK program and further fund and scale them globally.

The Alacrity initiative was first deployed by Wesley Clover in British Columbia, Canada, and this office continues to serve as one of the primary facilities, producing many successful start-ups and VC-funding relationships to date.

The Alacrity Mexico fund was launched in 2018, and is now providing seed funding for idea-stage and accelerator-stage start-ups.

The Alacrity Foundation in South Wales has a unique model as “Europe’s only charitable technology incubator”, and is a key member of the Alacrity ecosystem.
