Paul’s responsibilities at Wesley Clover include oversight of all aspects of accounting, financing and regulatory compliance for the company, as well as for many of the technology, real estate and leisure companies in the portfolio. He brings much of this same expertise to the Alacrity Global initiative.

Prior to Wesley Clover, Paul was Director of Finance at Wesley Clover-backed Tundra Semiconductor Corporation, and before that, he worked for Deloitte, where he focused on technology sector clients and provided advice on mergers and acquisitions as well as other financial transactions. Paul has more than 25 years of experience assisting start-ups through to international telecom and software companies.
